I have been a customer couple of times and they never fail to satisfy me with their service. It is quick,convenient and affordable. There was one time that i i left my storage unlock and they called me immediately to take care of it. They do care and the property manager is pleasant to talk with. Thank you again and I hope I will get discount next time I will be needing of storage unit. 😂.

When I called to get help with transferring units after I had purchased the rental agreement the lady who answered the phone it was absolutely amazing extremely helpful wish I would only deal with her from from this time on cuz she's she's awesome so so far so good the units are clean everything's nice so far so good guys

Easy access for indoor storage. Probably not for large stuff but is nice for regular storage.

Wow! Completing my storage unit reservation was quick and painless at the on-site kiosk. Just have your drivers license and payment and you’re ready to go. One stop shopping - you’ll get your unit number, personal code and lock/key so you can go directly to your unit and start unpacking your stuff! I was a little skeptical, but not anymore. If needed, customer service is available to help via phone while going through the process. I even got 1/2 off my first 2 months of storage! I would recommend!

Very friendly staff both at the facility and at the Help Center. Facility is very clean and maintained nicely. I do think it is a bit pricey but would consider storing there again.

This was very easy to get a unit to store our stuff in for a couple months. Very courteous people and always they’re willing to help with any matter. We will definitely use them in the future if needed

Excellent phone customer service and the kiosk is simple and fast...no guessing or getting lost. The unit was exquisitely clean and ready for move in. Even was greeted by the maintenance guy so...there you have it. Wasn't planning on staying but now I just may.

Clean facility but most of the time the gate is wide open and very busy with people who use this facility as a business location. Just a note to let everyone know that if you vacate early there is not any proration for the month you already paid for.

This facility is fairly new. The gate is automated and opens by your personal code. The units are air conditioned which is necessary in the Florida heat. My only complaint is that I had to pay a mandatory $9 extra for insurance. This was not necessary because I have a blanket policy. The location was convenient so I opted to pay this erroneous charge.

I only used this location for a few months but this place is great and very easy to access. You can rent directly at the location using a Kiosk or you can make a reservation online (with discounts) and complete the rental at the Kiosk. Drive up access to bigger outdoor storage units helped me a lot. My storage space was clean and looked secure. The management is easy to work with and they will answer your questions patiently.

Easily rent a unit and pay your bill at their 24 hour kiosk on site. Indoor climate control units are really nice.

Very easy and transparent rental process. You can check prices and availability online, then complete the entire transaction at a kiosk at the front gate, even dispenses a lock! Facility well maintained, unit was immaculately clean we opened it.
