You save time, work and hassle at Hide-Away because almost all of our units are at ground level for your convenience. No elevators or stairs required!
Vacating
If you provide advance notice of your move-out date, prior to your next due date, we will be happy to prorate your rent payment for that month so you only pay for the days that you store with us.
When vacating, please remove your lock and notify the office. For your convenience, you can call, email or stop in the office during business hours to notify us. Please remember that storage units are not considered vacated ( and rent does not stop) until management can confirm the unit is empty and unlocked.
