Best service ever!

I cannot say enough positive things about William and Dan and the quality of their service and the superb storage facility that they manage. My wife and I recently moved back to Florida from Vermont and is common with long distance moves, it was not without it's share of challenges. The most pressing of which was the delivery of our possessions to the storage unit two days earlier than our delivery date (we were not even in FL yet). Fortunately, Dan was in contact with us, directed the movers to our units, secured the units when the delivery was complete and held the keys in the office for us until we arrived. My initial contact with William made the process of renting our units online unbelievably easy and efficient. Clear and honest communication along with great rates and professional service are what we found at Hideaway Storage.
