Hideaway Storage is the best! Highly recommend! I first inquired and Jim and James were SO helpful, I didn't even call another place... I was hooked. It was easy to sign up, move in and pay. The facilities are super clean and it was a great location for us. If they have units available, snag them up. You will not be disappointed.

I really appreciate the facility is Christian based. The check in process was very thorough and professional. The facility is very clean, well tempered and maintained, and has great security.

Can't say enough about Hide-Away Storage. The Facility is very modern and its location is very convenient for me as I live less than a mile up the road. The rates are reasonable and the Staff is always friendly and pleasant to deal with. Cody has always been very patient and helpful when we've had a question or two. The unit itself is extremely clean and access to it is easy. The carts they make available to transport items to or from the storage unit are very helpful. I especially like the fact that I can access it 7 days/week and that the facility is always very well lit. Love, Love, Love Hide-Away Storage!!!

I initially went to their web site to research prices and availability at this location, since it's within a couple miles of our house. I found their prices to be competitive and their location the most convenient of all storage facilities within three or four miles. I filled out the online reservation form and submitted it. Within a few minutes, I got a call from James confirming my appointment. At the appointment time, I visited the facility, meeting both James and the manager, Jim. James gave me a tour, and showed me the unit sizes I was considering. I deferred the rental since my shipment wasn't expected for a couple days, but came back on Wednesday to complete the rental with Jim. Both men, Jim and James, were polite and pleasant, very easy to work with. The facility is in great condition and extremely convenient to get to for us. I highly recommend this location of Hide-Away Storage.

Friendly staff checked me in and instructed me well. The facility was always clean with readily available carts for loading and unloading. It was always accessible when I needed to add or remove my belongings.

This place is awesome! I was looking for a unit with at least 9 foot high doors and this place has that. Cody the manager is the nicest guy and treated me perfectly.

Cody Pollman was very polite, professional and informative. He was clear and open about needing to purchase a cylinder lock and the possibility of a rate increase at some point after 6 or 8 months. I just opened 2 large units at the 708 Burnst Store Road North location and would like to say how impressed I was with the customer service by Cody Pollman. He was polite, professional, and went out of his way to make the rental experience so pleasant that I felt like I was dealing with a member of my family. The place is immaculate and very easy to get to. It is also very well secured and well lit. As a victim of the devastation left behind by Hurricane IAN; I feel that whatever belongings that I still possess will be safe until such time that we can rebuild however long that will take. I would highly reccomend this location and also Mr. Cody Pollman.

Staff is very polite and professional, from the first phone call to the in person meeting of Cody the Manager. Units are lighted, clean and have easy drive up access.
