We have nothing but great things to say about Hideaway Storage Zephyrhills. We stored our things for nearly 3 years and when we came to get our belongings everything was the exact same as we left it. No issues with any pests or bugs either. It smelled clean in the building as well. The staff are also extremely helpful and friendly. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a storage facilty.

Bit pricey but clean and the codes definitely need to be shorter. Bit more lights.

Tammy was amazing!! 9/24/22 got me a storage,showed it to me, straight forward in price, she even let me borrow the broom in the office to sweep the u-haul 🤣🤣..if anyone needs a motorcycle stored they accept them here!! definitely recommend them.

This is my second time using Hide-Away Storages facility and they are amazing. The units are always well kept as well as the property. But what makes this place my go to is the staff. We have stored our RV here for the past 10 years. We've never had an issue with either the facility or the management. The grounds are very secure and spotless. The management is wonderful and very willing to do whatever it takes to makes your storage experience pleasant. I highly recommend this facility.

Rate for storage is average. Made us get insurance at $11.00 a month. I've never had to purchase insurance for any of the multiple storage units that I have rented before. The $79.00 unit turned out to be $95.16. But hopefully we won't have to have it very long. Only time will tell.

People at the service desk are professional and extremely nice. Unfortunately, the units are not temperature controlled which causes damage over time. Having a dumpster on site would be extremely helpful in the event customers.need to dispose of damaged goods. Lou and Tammy are very accommodating, pleasant and work with you. I was n vacation and had a reservation for a specific unit when it became available. The unit cam available while I was out of town. They held it for me plus I currently had a smaller unit which I had to move over. They worked with meon time frames for the move. Great people! I have been there a couple times over the last 5 years or so. I cannot imaging a nicer crew than them.

I just finally had to go through things and prioritize so I no longer needed their services. The exit was seamless and they were very kind and appreciative of my long time business. It was an alright place. Grass and dirt all over everything from them leaf blowing I would guess. Doors aren't sealed very good. Staff was very nice tho.

The storage unit in Zephyrhills Florida was absolutely bug free. This was very important for me because I stored a lot of important papers for over a year.

Lou the owner and John were very helpful over the phone and in person. The facility is well kept and maintained. It is gated and add secure as any. The monthly rent is about right and we are in Flotida. I recommend you check them out.

We didn't have any problems. The guys there were very, very nice. The Manager of the property was out on the grounds but the other gentleman let us in to keep us from being out in the heat. We were very, very grateful as we had been moving things all day. The manager came in, helped us with the building we needed, showed it to us and let us be on our way. He ask if we had a lock, we did but...realized once trying to lock the door. It was entirely too large. We went back to the office to ask about one and he just gave us one that someone returned. Blessing indeed! The inside of the store was very clean, and thankfully very cool. Both gentleman we're very helpful and polite. The unit was clean as well, move in ready. I'd highly recommend this place. It does seem a bit high as we rented a 5x10 unit and it's almost $90 a month. But, I suppose to know your belongings are safe. It's worth it. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

These folks worked hard for me, helped me choose a site handy for my truck delivery, and then at the last moment found a site for me that saved me money, but was even more convenient for the truck.

The sales guy I talked to was friendly and detailed. The manager called me right away to confirm my reservation. We broke down on our way from California to Florida and we were delayed a day which brought us in on a Sunday and the day we needed to return the moving truck. The manager took it upon himself to contact uhaul for me and switch my drop off location to his. He also came in on Sunday, which they are normally closed. He took in my car transport as well as the truck even though they don't normally work with the car transports! He saved my hide and my pocket book! I can not say enough good things about this place and the people that work here. They are not the cheapest place in town but the quality service is unbeatable! The grounds are clean and easy to access. Totally worth the price. Thank you, thank you, thank you! The trip was anything but smooth and we had to unload in the pouring rain. You gave me peace of mind in a tumultuous time. Happy customer, Dena

I rented a 15 foot unit for three months at a rate that wasn't too bad. The property and buildings are well maintained. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The 24 hour access was very convenient since I needed to get in there late at night. I was promptly and effortlessly refunded unused rent when I closed out my unit. I will recommend this place to other people.

The team at Hideaway Zephyrhills was efficient and courteous. But what was even MORE amazing is that they took the time to call us more than 24 hours in advance to advise they would be closing early due to the hurricane. We were able to move into our new storage space seamlessly!

I've had a unit with them for years and the only problem I've had was when it was Zephyrhills Storage and family members stoled my key and took over 3/4s of my stuff and even with insurance but no video I couldn't file a report because they had my key so the insurance wouldn't except the claim. But other than that their kickin with the new owners. Love you guys 😎😘

Have used Zephyr Mini Storage for the last 3 Winters to store my TT and this last year my Motorhome. The staff here have been very helpful. Would not even consider going anywhere else. They keep everything very neat, and tidy, and run a very nice operation. Have had a couple of occasions to have to go in after closing hours, and it is very well lit up, and I have always felt safe going in after hours. They also have treated our dog Lucy very kindly. My wife and I were planning a trip to Tennessee in May. We needed a motorcycle trailer to tow our bike there. I ordered a trailer from a different U-Haul facility. The day before the trip, they said it was a utility trailer, not a motorcycle trailer. In a frenzy, I called the 800 number to see if they could rectify the situation. They connected me to the Zephyrhills facility and were able to get me the trailer that I needed. A special thank you to Terra, Tom, and Jonathan for all that you did to help us get to our destination on time. I've used them before, and will use them again. I HIGHLY recommend this facility.

I used Zephry Mini Storage for a few months to store my mini camper. This is a well-run business with very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff. When I was first reviewing inside storage options, and deciding they wouldn’t work, one of the staff suggested an outside space. I always felt my belongings were in good hands because the staff was there most of the time. The facility is well kept and clean with a nice security fence all the way around. When it came time to end my lease, it was no hassle and a pro-rated refund was quickly received. I would recommend anyone who needs to store anything outside the home use Zephry Mini Storage.

I just moved to the area and I had to find a place to store my belongings and I have to say they are the best ,from the time I walked thru the door the staff was nothing but professional and helpful .I traveled from Alabama to Zephyrhills with my family and a U Haul truck once I arrived I had nowhere to store my belongings in a short notice , not only did the owner and staff help me with all my storage needs but made me feel like my belongings where going to be safe and secure. I did 3 tours of duty serving in the United States Army and safety is a must so it was a no brainer to go with Zephyr Mini Storage .I will recommend highly Zephyr Mini Storage to my family and friends.

We had a great experience here. We were moving and needed storage for a month or two of our household items. We got two units and moved right in. They are friendly, helpful, and the place is very clean and well kept. And, it's the only storage I know with a butterfly garden!!! My kids loved that. Just one other thing that shows how they go the extra mile. Many other ways too.

I looked all over Zephyrhills and this is the cleanest place that I would store my furniture in. The staff was very nice and knowledgable. I had rent a truck for my move and the U Haul truck was clean too.

Definitely the best storage facility I've ever used. The facility is always clean and well-maintained and has security cameras for safety. Since they have U-haul as well, I don't have to use separate companies to move. The staff is always friendly and understanding of financial circumstances. Overall, very friendly!
