The staff is helpful and courteous. Having stored oil paintings the air was clean and a good temperature for their storage. They keep the place spotless, I never saw dust or dirt, or even a single bug. That are outstanding in their cleanliness, one of the cleanest storage places I have used. The facilities were spotless clean on the inside and outside, and everything was very modern. This storage, and U-Haul rental facility is a hidden gem on the south side and I highly recommend!

Russ and Harrison are really good people. Great service. Russ lives at the location and there are many cameras located around outdoor sites. Great location. Can get Propane at pool supply store just to the south. I think it’s called Penny Pinchers. Had my 38 foot fifth wheel there and also a 10x10 storage lockers. The have larger units for cars.

I have dealt with several storage and truck rental places over the years, but these guys are the absolute best. Really all the storage places are about the same and are basically just a place to put your stuff. Harrison and Russ were incredible to deal with. They went above and beyond the call and of duty by offering to help me jump start my truck when it would not crank. Husband returned U-Haul and was lost, but in the area. While I waited to pick up husband; the representative stayed in contact with husband and truck giving updated directions constantly. Check-in was a breeze and I was impressed with the efficiency.

What a great experience I had today!! I was at the gas station and my car wouldn't start. I approached a young man and asked if he would jump my car but he said he couldn't because of the type of car he had but he would say a prayer that the right person would come along. Went back inside and the next thing I know he was back with a truck and got my car running again!! God works in mysterious ways, his wonders to perform. Thank you!

Awesome experience. I rented a storage space, but unfortunately had to cancel the rental the very next day. Russ and Harrison were very understanding and went out of their way to accommodate me and get me the most refund possible immediately. Their friendly professionalism blew me away, even gave me a cup cake and cool bottle of water to help me feel better about having to cancel the rental. I rented a large outdoor garage-style unit from 2010-2017. I had NO negative issues with HideAway. The unit was great with no leaks. I was esp. interested these past few months with the storms moving through. No rain inside and the whole complex is on high ground (for Florida!). The staff has always been great to me. David is a cool-cat and super, nice guy. Oh, I moved what little I had left in storage to an interior closet-style unit. NO HASSLES at all with the move. Recommended! I finally checked out of Hideaway Storage. 8 years. Yes, I was crazy to use storage for so long, but I always felt that my belongings were safe at the location and I NEVER had ANY issues during my contract. RECOMMENDED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I received wonderful customer service. When I explained the intended use for the storage unit, Russ provided another unit of the same size that would allow much easier loading/unloading. After comparing storage rates in the local area, Hide-Away had the best rates - even after the first month free which was provided by a local competitor. Additionally, prices are guaranteed for a year and prorated rent is refunded if you depart before your monthly billing date. Dig it, I do!

My unit was a bit too large for me so I asked Russ to inform me when a bit smaller unit would be available. Turns out, Russ called me and the unit next to mine became available..Easy move to new unit.

We are absolutely thrilled with our new storage unit at Hide-Away! We are moving all of our stored items to their location. Their facility is top notch. It is extremely well managed, friendly, and the customer service is 5+ Star. The unit is perfectly clean, painted white, and brightly lit. There are even restrooms available and cold bottled water at the office, if you need it. The manager lives on site so I will feel comfortable and safe if I need to go to the storage unit alone and after hours. 24/7 access and all secure with gates and cameras. I highly recommend Hide-Away Storage!

Although I swore I would NEVER have a storage unit, I downsized from 2600sf to a 740 sf beach cottage, sold my marketing firm and office building; I needed an air conditioned place to keep my video equipment. I was referred to Hide-Away by a friend with a similar situation. Of course I checked all the competition for pricing. Hide-Away had the best most accessible and well maintained offerings. I stayed a little over a year until I moved into a new studio with room for my gear. The process was seamless. I moved my things out and they promptly refunded the part of the month I had paid for. If I have a need for storage again, I will definitely return!

Storing our annual festival supplies at Hide-Away was a perfect solution for us. It was easily accessible throughout the year - at all times of the day or night - and the billing worked very well automatically charged to our credit card. We downsized what we need to store over the last few years, so we've been able to work out another arrangement for storage, but I would recommend Hide-Away to everyone looking for long or short-term storage needs.

I found the assistant manager, Ginger Fisher, to be courteous and knowledgeable about the inventory available and pricing. The location is clean, inviting and well lit. I also found the manager to be very equatable and concerned about treating me fairly. This relates to the fact that I found online an offer from Hide-Away Storage for the first month to be free rent when signing a year's lease. When I called about this offer, the manager said that offers can change weekly and a specific offer would have needed to be mentioned which I did not do, as I had not seen the offer at the time of my initial contract signing. However, to be fair, he offered me two $20 coupons to Publix in lieu of a free month's rent. He treated me in a Christian manner and I was very pleased and grateful. It is nice to know that some businesses care about their customers and will bend over backwards to do what is right. Thank you Hide-Away Storage.

I was a tenant for about 10 years. The management and all previous management were friendly and helpful. The facility was clean and climate controlled; important for storing valuable documents. I would recommend Hide-Away to anyone who asks.

Location is great, clean corridors, helpful staff/owners. A little pricier than Metro, Public, Extra Space..however this is open 24 hrs and in a relatively safe area. Plus, I didn't have to buy (another) lock. They provide a lock and keys (at least for interior units). I am super pleased with this place! :-)

Moving into Hide-Away Storage was a wonderful experience. The entire location is spotless and the folks are delightful, helpful, courteous, and kind. I used Hide-Away Storage for over 4 years. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The business is very clean, well maintained and safe. I had to make a claim for some water damage and they immediately looked into where the water had come from and advised me where to make the insurance claim. I would recommend them highly to anyone needing extra storage.

Hide-Away Storage is the best. They are friendly, their operation is super clean and everyone from first connection to end of using the unit was extremely helpful and accommodating in every way. It was a pleasure to store through this operation. Highly recommend their storage facility.

Average storage place, some of the smaller places around the area will give you better deals.

The highest recommendation possible, friendly, clean, even with late night visits I felt safe. I was even there on the weekend and they were still cleaning and painting. Honest, clean, safe, I could not ask for more.

I have used this facility for many years and have always been pleased with the experience. This year, however, I was told that buying insurance on the contents stored was mandatory - not optional as in the past. I disagree with this policy since it is a high profit item that should be left up to the customer to decide. Otherwise, I am happy with the facility and the employees.

I had need of short term storage prior to a convention at St. Pete Beach. Hide-Away was the perfect place. The staff was helpful and friendly, the facility clean and well maintained. There was well maintained equipment available for us to use in moving items from the truck to the unit. And the price was incredibly reasonable. Will definitely use this facility again if the need arises.

From the moment I spoke with them on the phone, I knew that Hide-Away Storage was going to be the right place with which to do business. I felt like I was talking to a real person. When I went in, I spoke with a different person, but the experience was the same. The facility is immaculate, the paperwork was simple and the access is easy. Very clean facility and professionally managed. When I no longer needed my unit, I was pleasantly surprised by how simple they made it to end my lease. They even refunded me the difference for the last few days of the month. I would not think twice about using Hide Away should the need arise.

I made arrangements to have furniture for a one bedroom apartment moved to storage with the plan being to move it into another apartment at a later date. The move went flawlessly. The two people assigned to the move were outstanding; great work ethic and professional approach to their work. I am very pleased to this point and would recommend Hide-Away Storage to anyone.

The SkyWay team was a pleasure to work with every time I needed them. They went above and beyond in terms of service. They did what they said they would do and it was done right the first time. I recommend them.

Rented for 2 years. Had an outside (but inside corridor) unit. Stayed cool all the time. My paper/fabric items were in the same shape I packed them. Didn't smell at all. I had one incidence with florida type palmetto bugs about 1 1/2yrs into my stay even though I sprayed at the entrance about every 4 months. They were located in the back of my unit against the wall so I put a small bomb in the unit for 2 months and then they were gone. I guess if you don't frequently use your unit it would be good to move things around and completely bomb the unit once a year. I would totally rent from Hide-Away again. I felt safe on the property as a single woman and I appreciated having a bathroom on-site that I could use.

The Hide-Away Storage folks have been an absolute pleasure to work with. My son attends college in St. Pete and we live in VT. It couldn't have been easier to make arrangements for his mobile storage unit and having it delivered and picked up to school was beyond convenient since he doesn't have a car there. We'll be using them again next summer no doubt.

The details described below are just a hiccup. My issues have been resolved and these people are fabulous. While I was there working in my storage unit the other day they had a person power washing various walkways, nooks and crannies. The place is kept immaculate. Thank you! A fine facility and very friendly folks. We rented 2 units from Hide-Away before at this location and were very pleased. We went back again when moving household items. In anticipation of the moving truck arriving we reserved a 10x10 unit, discussed price and got one assigned. The moving truck took longer than expected to arrive and our unit number got reassigned, not a problem, however both the price and the web special changed and our original understanding of the cost increased. Specifically, the 10x01 rental unit price increased from $126 to $134 and this time insurance was not an option (we thought it was) and brought the price higher. The web special changed from the 2nd month being free to the first month being at half-price. Would have preferred no surprises since we were in weekly phone calls to discuss the truck arrival and any updates. Oh well.

Hide-Away Storage is a great facility. We rented one unit and the need for a 2nd unit came up a few months later, because of their very clean facility and professional helpful staff we didn't consider going anywhere else. I highly recommend staring with Hide-Away.
