Several of our Hide-Away Storage and Xpress Storage locations offer open and covered lot parking for cars, boats, trucks, and RV storage. We can accommodate anything from a jet ski to a large commercial tractor-trailer, RV, or boat.

Had to go here to pick up a uhaul truck and I elected to do the pick up process via my phone because I typically don't receive good customer service at places I've gone to in the past. Well my phone wasn't letting me check in so I went inside and to my pleasant suprise the gentleman at the desk was very helpful and kind, highly recommend

Met with Pam in person to get our storage unit lined up.... absolutely fantastic to the point that she literally made my day! Super weird, because I was just spending money on a storage unit, but she took the process, customer service level, and everything to a whole new level... it's not just a transaction when people have you leaving in a better mood than when you showed up just because of the way they handle things. I can't say enough and I actually look forward to having to stop in every now and again to just to say hi! How rare is that?! Absolutely 5 stars :)
Called and spoke with Pam. She has the patience of a saint. I asked so many questions and sometimes 2 and 3 times. She patiently answered all my questions. We had a list of several locations to visit. And once we went to Hide away and met Pam. We decided on renting there. Did not go to the other Appts. Thank you Pam for being so gracious.

Top notch customer care. Joe the manager was professional, friendly and took the time to explain everything. He even went outside to make sure my code worked in the gate for me. Have used other self storage in the past that the service came nowhere close to this. Also you have 24hour access and it's well lit and the gate is always closed. Last place I used it was dark and gate was always open so anyone could go in and out.
The customer service here is top-notch! The associate Joe was friendly, helpful, and went out of his way to help us with our situation! I will be recommending this facility to anyone I meet in need of storage!

No outlets to plug in items to see if they work. That was inconvenient considering we went there to buy an adjustable bed from someone and could not find an outlet to test it.

When entering the reception area everything was clean and neat. Partitions were up between staff and customer were nicely done and clean. Unit was clean and with obvious pest control. Customer service was amazing, Stacey thoroughly explained policies and expectations.

I've been using this location for over 5 years. I've had various sizes of storage units and I couldn't have been happier. They are very well maintained and Stacy in the office is nothing short of amazing. She knows her stuff and is very helpful. Definitely an asset to this company. I always felt my units were secure especially since they have a gated entry. Definitely will choose them again for all my storage needs.

Hide-Away was a refreshing change from the other storage facility I had been using in Spring Hill. The staff was courteous, personable and extremely helpful. The rates were very reasonable and stable. That seemed to change just a bit in the past six months or so. The rates increased at a proportionally high rate. Ostensibly, this was to more closely match the local market. I understand that this was a business decision and that supply and demand dictate the market. Nevertheless, the latest increase of more than 15% motivated me to make other arrangements. In addition, the facility initiated a mandator insurance requirement, which I did not consider to be necessary and influenced the economics of continuing to use this facility. Still, the facility is clean, the staff, personable and helpful. They are a good choice if their financial requirements are agreeable to you.
I'd recommend this location to all my friends and family, safe clean and always accessible, the staff was / is awesome and very friendly. again thank you guys and stacey for all your help and service.
