Responsive and very accommodating

I was very pleased with our experience at Hide-Away Express Storage. The facility was extremely clean, including the bathrooms. The climate was always well controlled, with never an outage. I was able to easily access my unit any day or any time. Parking was available very close to the entry door. You do have to buy your own lock, which comes with three keys, as well as peace of mind because no one else will have keys to your lock. Highly recommend.

I have rented storage units at this location on and off for the last several years. The customer service by all representatives has been and continues to be exceptional. The climate controlled spaces are always cool and clean. A variety of carts and other assistive devices are available and easily accessible free of charge for client use. Having 24 hour access to my belongings proved to be very important to me. Clean and tidy restrooms are also in the climate controlled building. Hideaway Storage in south Sarasota is a gem! Thanks to all your representatives!!

This place is incredible. They were amazing on the phone before we arrived and awesome when we got there. The storage was clean. Since we were in a hurry and did not have time to pack things in tightly we rented two spaces and they arranged for them to be side X side. This was awesome since we needed to eventually move to one. We did that and soon after were able to do away with our storage all together. Again they were willing to credit us for the time we did not use. Casey was super to work with ! If ever I had a storage need .. this is without a doubt the place to go !

This facility is clean, easy to access and secure. The staff is always very responsive, attentive and kind. Everything from the air conditioning to the bathrooms to the digital locks has always worked perfectly for me. They have great rates in rent and insurance. When my card was deactivated for fraud and my payment didn’t go through they alerted me in a timely manner and allowed me to pay by phone. I would recommend this to anyone who needs a storage solution of any kind!

I've been very impressed with William and Dan at Hideaway. Very nice guys, and very accommodating and helpful. The facility is spotless and very well maintained. I have two units at Hideaway at this time and this will be the only storage facility that I will use for any future needs. Cannot recommend this facility and William and highly enough.

We liked the convenience of Hide-Away Storage, it was only 3 miles from our home so it make trips to the unit easy. We rented an air conditioned unit, which was clean and very accessible.

When I had the moving van come to empty my unit, the manager was as nice as he always is. I would definitely recommend this company. No hassles and very helpful.

Dan was so helpful. We had to have a place to store my Dad’s sentimental things after he passed away until we could drive them up north. Hideaway is a reasonably priced storage facility that is in the perfect location for South Sarasota. I have been a customer for nine years.

The office staff is superb in providing you with anything you may need. They're super friendly to both myself and my young daughter every time we go to pay the bill. The facilities are kept immaculate and access to my unit is easy at any hour of the day or night. They really do go above and beyond here. UPDATE: I closed out my account today. If I need storage in the future, I will DEFINITELY be using Hide-Away again. Always professional and courteous. They truly believe in the value of great customer service! This was our second time storing our items at this Hide-Away Storage facility and we were not disappointed. The facility is clean and well-maintained thanks to Perry, the handyman at this location. Susan, the Manager, is outstanding. Her friendly demeanor, helpful attitude and attention to detail made this trying time much easier. And, to top it all off, Hide-Away reimbursed us for the unused days when we moved out! We have dealt with other storage facilities and they did not offer that courtesy. Since 2010 I have rented storage here several times. Unfortunately,as with everything else,the prices have gone up. As of July 1, they tell me, NOW you have to buy the lock ($10)for the unit. This, to me, is utter nonsense! For those who may only rent the unit once or for a short time, please tell me what will owning the lock do for them? As far as the employees at this location, they have always been friendly and helpful.

I was so glad the storage units were inside and climate controlled. I could go any time 24/7. I don't have to wait for an elevator. The gentleman signing me in explained the whole procedure and was very helpful.

I had a excellent experience. From portable pods to 1 garage on site. They even prorate your fees if you don't use the whole month. They were helpful with phone calls and recommendations. We we're in constant contact. Everyone was so nice. And they were really affordable.

Hide-Away storage is a great company. They made our experience in storage rental very easy. They did everything to accommodate our needs. The place is very clean and provides all the extras needed to make our move easier such as roll carts and hand trucks. Eric was great to work with and went the extra mile to make sure we got the unit that suited our needs. The rest of the staff at Hide-Away storage was also super friendly.

The unit was in the A/C controlled facility and we never had issues with pests. We were storing a lot of files and we were surprised there weren't silver fish. Unheard of. We worked out of the unit and she would bring us waters on hot days and check on us. so thoughtful and caring. Our experience with Cassie was wonderful. We moved from Connecticut to Florida and had never rented a unit before. She helped guide us through the storage process and helped us to select the right size unit for our household goods. She knew her inventory and was willing to hold our unit until the movers arrived. In our instance they were a few days late due to a storm in the Carolinas and roads were closed. She was professional, courteous and caring. She was also able to let us know about other services that Hide- Away offers that we may have needed in the future. When we moved from NJ we also rented 2 pods for the shipment of items from NJ until we had our house built. I have only the highest regard for Hide-Away Storage in Sarasota on Tamiami Trail. What a GREAT place for all your storage needs. Cassie has been exceptional - very accommodating and always taking care of all of the numerous details that arise with moving in and 'growing' into larger units. The place is exceptionally CLEAN and bug free. The units are 'nearly new' inside and everyone working there is always will to 'lend a hand' when/if needed. They even gave us needed bottled water when we were moving in. I highly recommend Hide-Away as they are fair-priced with incredible customer service - ALL of them!

My experience with Hide-Away Storage was great from beginning to end. After finding the Hide Away ad on the internet , I called their contact number to review my storage options. I selected the mobile storage units to receive my household goods being shipped down from Ohio. The warehouse folks were very helpful when the trucks arrived and on the one instance when I needed to retrieve items from my units. The estimate I received for storage costs were accurate. E billing came every month and was conveniently paid by credit card. When I needed to schedule delivery of the multiple units, this was accomplished by a single phone call. Delivery was on time and Daniel the delivery truck driver was great. I am thoroughly please with my experience with Hide-Away.

Last month I was moving from the home I sold. I had rented a storage space with another company. The space was too small and on the day of my closing I was desparate for a location to store my remaining contents. I contacted Hide-Away who was quick to offer a solution. Not only did they have pods delivered to their location they were able to provide me with movers to move the items for me. The helpful and friendly staff were exceptional!

I rented a 5x9 storage room. It was easy, straight forward, and friendly. Just the first month to move in including a free truck and lock. Very efficient. The space was quite tall and allowed me to pile my boxes high so I had plenty of room. The space was also convenient for loading/unloading and cool even though not climate-controlled.

I rent four of the portable storage units. It is quite convenient. They are stored at another location, North of the airport, in a huge air conditioned warehouse. I can access them whenever I like. If I call in advance they'll be waiting for me near the door. The staff has always been courteous and professional.
