My landlord just had 2 pods delivered to my house. Raul was the delivery driver. He called 10 minutes ahead to make sure someone would be home. I told him yes and the. He said, “I’ll be there in about 10 minutes.” I thanked him and the. Hung up. Ten minutes later he arrived. Right on time! He parked in the road in front of my house, verified the order and asked where I’d like placement. He then offered a suggestion of what he thought would work best for the placement. I agreed and then he unloaded the 2 pods. After unloading, he brought over 2 locks to me and asked if I was familiar with how to use them. I told him I wasn’t quite sure, so he showed me and explained there were also 2 turn locks on each one. Raul then asked if there was anything else I needed after some polite conversation about how hot it was at this hour. He thanked me & told me to have a great day and then loaded the forklift back prior to leaving. This was a very pleasant experience after 11 months (so far) of a stressful home remodel leading up to this point. I highly recommend Hide-Away Storage!

I have had my extra furniture and keepsake items in a pod for about a year now. I always speak to Ron if I need to gain access to my things because he knows who I am by my voice usually, my pod # when I forget and he is extremely helpful and friendly. Kinda feels like you’re calling a friend . These guys must love their jobs, judging by the upbeat positive attitude they always have when I call. Never short or hateful like other businesses have been from time to time. I will never use a different storage/pod company again. They have spoiled me.. thank you to the owner.. you have great affordable storage options with awesome employees!!

Great experience with every aspect of the move. From scheduling, to pickup/drop off ~ great experience all around. The only draw back is the size limitation of an 8foot container ~ but, I knew that in advance and was able to work around it. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Great coordination of delivery and pick up. Also recommended movers to load the pods for us. Great communication. We knew when they were coming and picking up well in advance and what was needed. Amazing how much these pods hold. Their recommendation of 5 pods was just right for our move. Will call one week before we need delivery of the furniture.

Hide-Away Storage is by far the best storage facility I've ever used, and I've used plenty of them! My belongings were stored for over five years and when I unpacked them they were clean and dry and not one thing was ruined! I can't say enough good things about the people working at Hide-Away and the excellent service they provide. I worked with Pam most of the time and she is pleasant and friendly and will go out of her way to help you! I recommend Hide-Away without any reservations. They are a trust-worthy company and have excellent standards.

When staging my home to prepare it for sale, Hide-Away employees made a great suggestion to use portable storage so that I could add items to the units sitting right outside my house! This was very convenient. Months later, they delivered them directly to my new residence, so no moving truck was needed! The people I spoke with, and the drivers were very professional and skilled, and I felt my possessions were in great hands.

These people are fantastic. On time..great prices..my containers arrived in great condition..not one thing broken. Ifor I could afford it..I'd move again tmrw just to be treated like this. Felt as if we were old friends. I'd give ya 10 stars if I could.

Hideaway was absolutely amazing. They made our move so much smoother than we expected it to be. The bins were brought to us on time and were delivered back to us on time. What a fantastic company. The staff has been beyond helpful, professional and courteous. Much cheaper than Pods if you are in their area.
