Bryan the Manager was so helpful and friendly today. Me and my husband went in and it only took us 10 minutes to get a small storage unit. He explained everything clearly and was a pleasure to deal with. I would thoroughly recommend this place.

This storage company is well run - safe - clean and easy to enter and exit.

The manager Bryan is why we chose this location. He was so helpful, kind, knowledgeable, and an all around great guy. We knew if he was running things out items should be good there. Loved the ease of renting a truck right from there to move our items from the place we left after they hacked the rates up an enormous amount. If looking for storage give them a call and Bryan will take great care of you!

When I was looking for a place to store everything from my studio apartment friend told me to go to hideaway I came up here and I've never looked anywhere else everything that then I wanted my clothes in a different unit so I got a smaller unit up in the front building climate control it has taken me a while to get things situated the management team is so helpful you would not believe talk to mister Bryan is fantastic work would help you do the car with your boxes. I spoke to Brian, who was wonderful, the week prior to my move. Rachelle accepted my frantic calls throughout actual moving day. I was very impressed with both. They were friendly and accommodating. Rachelle (I’m sorry if I’m getting your name wrong!) stayed late because not all of my stuff fit into a unit and I needed additional space. The responsiveness was great and I also appreciate her staying later than her shift to ensure I was taken care of!

Out of all the storage facilities I could have chosen hideaway was the best choice, in the 5years I had my unit I never had any issues the facility is always clean and the best part is being able to have access 24-7! When it came to moving out Kim went above and beyond to make my move easy and stress free! Definitely would use again if needed.

Convenient location on Beneva Road, just South of Fruitville Road. Hide-Away Storage is climate controlled with many walk-in storage spaces where you can store your clothes on hangers easily visible when you need them. Prices are reasonable and Kimberly Navarro is just wonderful, kind and patient . I can recommend this Storage Company and giving it 5 star rating.

Terry Millet, the Facility Manager is not only a top notch professional, but extremely personable and she genuinely cares about meeting your needs. She is a good listener and responds accordingly! She is a real "Top Notch" professional and a tremendous asset to Hide-Away Self Storage!

We chose Hide-Away storage on South Beneva Road in Sarasota due to a recent move. We had used a storage facility up North - so we are familiar with this type of business. Terry, the manager, couldn't have been more helpful, responsive or efficient. She has really been a pleasure to deal with. The unit we have is very clean which is important. We would recommend this facility if you are looking for storage.

This is more than a storage place for us, these folks are FAMILY!! They are honest, fair and keep everything in tip-top shape! Their willingness to accommodate goes well beyond what they would ever have to do......I could never say enough good things about our experience about Hide-Away and especially Dave and Laurie!!! Staff always polite and responsive. They call back if you leave a message. Area is always clean and well manicured. On site staff living there at night helps to prevent crime - burglary, theft, arson etc. My unit was at South Beneva Road location. All good things

I have had a very good experience with this storage facility over the last several years, from customer service to pricing of units. They do not seem prone to rapid unexpected and large increases in rental fees like another major storage business you probably know.

I had a unit for 17 years and can't say I had a complaint. It was clean and the personal were helpful and polite. Leaving was like saying goodbye to family.

Hide-Away Storage provided the extra space we needed as we processed and found space. The physical area at Hide-Away was clean and secure and the people we worked with were kind and professional.

I have used this storage for many years. I like that it is clean and well kept. The managers are helpful and create a feeling of safety.

The unit was clean and placed well and delivered on time. Only complaint is that it took over two weeks to pick up after we called that it was empty. Excuse was the holidays. Really an old and tired excuse.

I had never used a storage unit before and called around to several places before Hide-Away. They were by far the friendliest and least confusing about types of unit and cost so I decided to switch to them. Although some of the other places had discounts that they offered they were very vague on certain details and it became apparent there could be hidden fees which would amount to more. Hide-Away was completely upfront about pricing and continued to try and help me avoid extra fees my entire stay. The free truck rental offered for move-in was incredibly helpful and not overly complicated. The managers and staff were kind and knowledgeable, and made extra efforts to make sure I had what I needed. The entire facility was very clean and well-maintained and had good quality supplies available all around to help me move my things in and out safely. Overall they just seem like an honest, dedicated business which was really nice to see and I am very glad I stored with them.

My experience here was by far the best I've ever had with a storage facility. I was on my lunch break when I signed up for a storage unit, and they worked with me to process the paperwork and show the unit quickly so I would not be late getting back to work. The unit was extremely clean, as was the entire facility. When I turned in the keys, there were no hidden fees or issues (which I have run into before with other facilities). I would absolutely recommend using the Beneva Hide-Away Storage!

Today I was thinking about how Blessed I am, and in those Blessings, I have to add Laurie and Dave Connolly! They have been such a true Blessing to my family and me, that we still have everything we put in their storage 2 years ago! We moved from Sarasota, bought a Mobile home in a community my husband was working. There was no way our furniture would fit! We had a smaller unit and was always late, but they worked with us, and allowed us to move to a larger unit when we decided to sell our mobile home, we needed more room, and we did not want to move from them because, there was a kindness, in them that is hard to come by this day in age of money comes first. Well their kindness shined once more when they let us move into a larger unit! They are such a Blessing and a God send to us, we thank our Lord for Laurie and Dave Connolly every day! For 6 years, I stored original artwork that needed a sturdy, temperature controlled, and pest-free environment. I was far away, so needed reliable and polite people to deal with, which Dave and Laurie certainly proved to be. I only wish that they had offered a long-term discount instead of price increases.

I contacted Hide-Away Storage on a Saturday morning right when they opened and spoke with Cassandra. The rep then followed up with an email, explaining services, unit size, and specials offered at the time. I came all the way out from Los Angeles, and didn't know where I was going to store my things. I just happened to see this place from the road . It was close to my parent's house, that seemed very convenient, and so I stopped in. Well, I really lucked out. This turned out to be the best storage experience I have ever had. The owners and staff couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. It was so easy too. I was able to move things in with ease, and feel secure about it. I had 24 hour access, and it was air conditioned. Also, very clean and well supplied with dollies, ladders on wheels, carriers etc. They were always there to help as well. I was also happy with their prices.I couldn't have imagined a better place. At one point, I had to downgrade to a smaller room, as I was unloading things little by little settling into my new place. They made it so easy for me. I was actually sad the day I moved the last of my things out. Sorry to go! I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing to store their personal and valuable items. I know if I ever need to store anything, I will be using them again. Great people, that go out of their way to make your move easy. They are very courteous and caring. Highly recommended.

My favorite part about Hide-Away Storage at Beneva Rd is that they provided 24/7 access into the main building, which included lobby access and restroom access. They provided some seats in the lobby area in which people could come wrap presents during the Christmas season... what a nifty idea! I closed the unit after purchasing a home but I would immediately come back to Hide-Away Storage if the need were to arise again.

I like the fact that you have access 24/7. I am all about the set up payment through your bank. Its was just a great experience. I have discontinued my use because of moving out of state. I did get a partial refund due to I discontinued before month was over. The staff is very helpful, and friendly. i would recommend this storage place. Happy storing!!!

The staff at Hide-Away-Storage were very knowledgeable, and friendly. They took me to see the units on their golf cart and helped me pick the correct size for my belongings. I've been there numerous times to put things into my unit, and I feel completely safe on the well protected property. The Beneva Road location for Hide-Away is the only place in Sarasota to store your belongings. The customers ALWAYS come first. When I stop in to make my monthly payment I am always greeted as a friend. I could pay my monthly rental fee on line but I look forward to spending a little time with the Dave and Laurie each month. The location is always clean and in top repair, you know they take pride in the facility and their reputation. I never worry about my belongings.

I had things, including books, fabrics, clothes and papers, in one of the climate controlled storage units at Hide-Away for 25 years, and they came out looking just the way they did when I put them away. The whole complex is very clean and neat. There are plenty of carts and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I always felt safe. I recently rented a storage space near where I live now, and the contrast was extreme. Although my new place is priced comparably and is climate controlled, it is not clean, no one is ever around, which is a bit scary at times, and there are never any carts, or what carts I can find are rusty and broken. Thank you Hide-Away for 25 years of great service! I wish you were here in the northeast.
