We’ve been using the storage room since 2018 until now which is 2023. Even through the hurricane Ian our items have stayed clean and bug free. We’ve had no issues with Hideaway Storage and would highly recommend them. We had a small interior unit, but it was perfect for what we needed. I really like the 24 hour access with a code which made you feel safe.

I've been a customer at Hideaway storage now for approximately 8 months. Jason and Priscilla have gone above and beyond for me more than once and I've watched them treat every customer the same way. Rick keeps the place virtually spotless. The electric and water makes it really convenient to wash the salt off and or vacuum your vehicle before you place it in storage. 24-hour access assures you that you're going to be able to get to your belongings whenever you want to even in an emergency as we are no stranger to down here. Bottom line is that Hideaway storage in fort Myers gets an A plus in every single category. Going anywhere else to try to find better staff or conditions would be about as useless of an idea as a screen door and a submarine.

The office service people are pleasant and helpful; the lockers are clean; they sell supplies should you need them; the access anytime is good. I recommend Hide-Away Storage above and beyond any Storage facility in the Fort Myers area. I have rented one or more units at this location for most of the last 20 + years so I have worked with several managers. Amazing place to deal with! Staff courteous and cheerful. Place is NEAT! Were shown units we were interested in, they paint and clean the unit (if needed) AND have unit sprayed on a regular basis for pest control. Contract starts the day you come to reserve and they do not request 30 days notice to end it! You can even reserve a moving truck with them, that they fill with gas and you can have free of charge for rental...you only pay $0.89/mile. We live across the street so it was barely $2.00! to use it... what a saving over having to make several trips to move boxes with our SUV! Never seen a place who makes it so easy to deal with, HIGHLY recommended!

The staff, Jason and Robin, were so helpful and accommodating. Everything was in order, they offered my friends and me water and took care of my needs very well. The facility and the available truck were clean. I was especially thankful for the truck that was available for move in. That made the process so much easier since I didn't have to arrange a separate truck rental and time it. I also appreciate the Christian principles which were shown as well as stated. So glad I found them!

We have used HideAway a number of times over the past 12 years. They are always accommodating and efficient, as well as provide a safe and clean facility.

I originally selected our storage unit on-line, and was impressed when I visited the site upon arriving in Fort Myers. It was a bonus when I found that our mover would be able to drive his semi up to the unit to unload directly from the truck. I was very impressed when our mover looked at the unit I had chosen and said it was too small for the load he had. I was able to change to a larger unit at that time without any delay in the unloading. It was a great experience. Thanks Hide-Away!

My only complaint is that the special on line was not clear about having to pay in advance for the two month special. We use them to store items that are donated to our non-profit that help Veterans, Seniors, Youths aging out of foster care and the disabled. Jason & Mark's customer service is outstanding and their facility is very clean, I would recommend Hide-Away Storage to anyone needing storage!

Not the cheapest in this area, but the people have been very nice and the facility is clean and has a live-in caretaker with law enforcement experience, IIRC. Also very convenient location, near a 24-hr Walmart food store, 24-hour gym and Harbor Freight and some fine tasty restaurants :-)

Staff and service is fantastic. Zero issues during the use of the storage unit. Would be the ONLY place in Fort Myers I would use or recommend to use!

Everyone was courteous and a pleasure to deal with. The unit I rented was very clean. Highly recommend this to anyone who needs some rental space.

The facility is clean and the various size units make it convenient for up or down sizing. We no longer need the unit however it was an excellent experience and the customer service was outstanding!

Hide-Away is a great company. Good value; great service. The size of the mobile storage units that they use is much better than Pods. By being a little smaller there is more structure and things pack better if you use a couple of Hide away units rather than a big Pod unit where everything shifts around inside. They do what they say, and instead of the hidden costs at Pods, Hide-Away charges you just one fee for pick up and drop off.

The facility is great but more importantly, the service is outstanding. In the past 6 months I have been moving all of my belongings to the Fort Myers area, using Hide Away on McGregor to ship and store everything I own from NY. Jason and Mark have been incredibly helpful with every aspect of my move. They are professional and genuinely concerned with the satisfaction of the customer. There are a lot of things that made me choose Hide away storage. It is very clean and well cared for. Also it is well lit at night with 24-7 surveillance. The cost is competitive with the industries standard. There is plenty of room between buildings for vehicles to pass by which is a big plus when it comes to loading and unloading, My unit was spotless and the floor was freshly painted. I know I made the right choice.

I have rented a space on two separate occasions. Each time it was a pleasant experience. They even offer the use of their truck. The facility is the cleanest I've seen. If you have to go there at night there is good lighting and I felt safe. I would recommend this facility to anyone. The best ever! Joanie

I was completely impressed with this company and the customer service it upholds. From the initial phone call to the money I received back for not being there as long as I thought, Hide-Away Storage will be my go to for future needs and referrals. It was clean and easy to find. But my most important attribute about any company is by far customer service. They have the ability to allow you to reserve a unit with out even being there and then you are able to use a kiosk to actually pay and sign for it. I was completely able to do it on my own time and not when they had to be there like other companies. Though it wasn't needed, the kiosk has the ability to speak to an actual person via video if I were to need help, that was reassuring when trying to use the kiosk the first time. They were there with answers to every question and followed up promptly with every phone call I placed. They are hands down, the best facility in town and set the bar very high for other businesses to uphold their standards. It is also great to see a Christian Organization thriving. Thank you Hide-Away for the wonderful (less stressful) moving/storage experience.

Mark was very helpful and took the stress out of a very bad wk for me. He also told me if I did not use the entire month of storage he would refund the balance which is opposite of what I got from a very large storage company. Very refreshing!! We are from Michigan and needed a place to store our Harley for a short period of time. The place we were staying at in Fort Myers was not motorcycle friendly. But thank God Hide-Away Storage was just across the street from us. Mark and Jason set us up with a place to store our bike and it was AWESOME. This is the best experience I have ever had with a storage facility. They are truly helpful and easy to work with. I would and have recommended them to many people.

We had to store furniture for a relative who resides in an assisted Living facility. When we received our estimate, we were told that we would probably need 2 containers. we also used Affordable Movers to pack the container. Hide-Away was prompt, courteous, and very helpful with scheduling and coordinating with the packers. We used affordable Movers (recommended by Hide-Away) to pack the container. They were very careful with all the furniture. They even did their very best to get everything into 1 container to decrease the expense for this gentleman. I have used Hide-Away in the past and would most certainly use them in the future.

We could not have been happier with our experience. The staff answered all our questions over the phone with professionalism and courtesy. When I arrived to look at the facility I was given a tour in a clean golf cart and shown several options. The facility is spotless and the prices are fair. They provide a truck and only charge a nominal fee based on mileage. Highly recommended!

First time user of a storage unit and I am very satisfied with the experience. Hide-away is conveniently located and since access is 24/7 it works great with my schedule. Very pleased with the inside lighting and outside security. I am using a unit that is A/C controlled and I am very happy with it. The various unit sizes are a great benefit as well.

Highly recommend ! Very friendly service and very helpful. I used their mobile units while I was repairing floors from a plumbing leak. I loaded my condo into the units, had new flooring put in. The units can either stay onsite or can go to an AC warehouse storage. What ever you prefer. Jason, Mark and the weekend staff at the Fort Myers off McGregor Blvd. store was extremely helpful and kind.

I have had the pleasure of working with Hide-Away Storage for the past 6 months. During this time I have needed the use of the box truck and multiple units. The staff is always quick with a smile and ready to help. The grounds are always clean and the location is perfect for me when I am in the Cape or Fort Myers. You have 24 access to your belongings which helps when you have to have that one item that hasn't made it to the house yet.. The prices are fare, no administration fees and they prorate you for the days you actually store. Jason Beltran has been a tremendous help to me personally. From helping me decide which unit would best suite my specific needs, to always being prompt in returning my many phone calls he has made this process as stress free as it could possibly be. Stopped in at Hideaway Storage to get some info on units and prices. Mark was the guy to help me and answer all my questions. I needed a 10x10 unit for March 1, 2013 and Mark suggested that I could get #2 of their mobile storage units for less, plus have it stored in a secure AC building until I needed it delivered. Delivery cost is only $79. and when I'm done unloading my things, they come and pick the mobile units up. On top of that Mark reserved not only a 10x10 unit, but #2 mobile units with no holding fee's until I know when the time comes...what I'll need. Because of the way they're facility is set up...they accommodate semi trucks. They have thought of everything. And get this...they bug spray twice a month, clean out and freshly paint walls and floor for each new customer! BY BY U-HAUL!!! Hideaway Storage will be my only choice ever. Thanks Mark for all your great help today and making this a worry free move for me! GIVE MY NAME AND GET $25. OFF!

I've been storing business records there for nearly a decade, and have always found it neat, clean, air-conditioned, with a large variety of room sizes available, carts, ladders, automatic lighting, music, and extremely pleasant management. More importantly, they LISTEN to their customers. Thanks to that, I now have access when I want to use the storage room, not just during "business hours." Worth repeating: First Class!
