It's unfortunate but prices have jumped way up almost unforable and not worth storing if you're needing to store for a two bedroom plus home. They don't give any price Cuts or deals for long-term customers that are repeat customers either which I feel would be a great incentive to get and keep more business just a thought. On the other hand, Corey management he is amazing knowledgeable professional such a joy to interact with always there when I need him to answer questions or to make a payment or just for anything he is definitely the reason why I stay.

Nice storage facility but make sure you have theft insurance as this place isn't totally secure. I had a small item stolen off my boat which surprised me. I'm thinking of buying an outboard motor and leaving it on the boat but if I do ill make sure I have theft insurance included in my policy.

Needed to rent a storage shed again so came back to hide away storage as I had used them before and they were so nice and helpful. So, this time I came in to see them and spoke with Corey Chaps who was just so nice and helpful, he told me what size would work for me and was just so pleasant and helpful. So glad I could get a storage unit from them. I would recommend anyone looking for a storage place to come here for sure.

They have the best prices, super CLEAN spaces with ample room and the manager Corey is the most caring person, he will help you pick the perfect size spot for your Items and if you need a mover, he is there for that as well for a fair price! There are so many storage places popping up everywhere with people complaining that once they get you in they raise the rent considerably that’s just awful business😞 Hideaway has been around forever, I used them 20 years ago and was very satisfied as well, let’s help keep these wonderful local businesses going 😊 Thank you Corey, your amazing, keep up the good work👍

Have been dealing with Hide-Away for years and have been very happy. I’m in the facility everyday and it’s always clean and well maintained. Manager and staff are always helpful.

I came in because I needed to look and see if the unit was what I was looking for. Taylor was in the office working, he was absolutely amazing. Helpful, kind and treated me and my son like family. Great place to keep your stuff. Beware kids, don't go in the dark hallways. Those scared the life out of me and my sister. Some light don't turn on until you're in the middle of the hallway 😭! Otherwise you'll be satisfied.

Clean Storage Units. Security here is their #1 priority! I rented from this Hideaway Storage facility off of Cortez Road West on: 9/2021 - 3/31/22. Up until the time where I was able to move into my new home. "Pam & Corey" (staff members) both are professional and friendly! They helped me with every question and my what size storage unit to fit my needs.

Staff are always polite and professional. The units are reasonably priced, clean, and climate controlled. No issues at all. They go above and beyond to individualize services without nickel and diming your wallet.

I had to set up a storage unit in a tight time frame from another state and the Hideaway team was so helpful. The form to give others access to the unit is easy. I had the unit on autopay for 3 years and never had an issue. In advance of clearing the unit I asked the manager to enter to just put eyes on the contents and let me know if there might be issues I could expect. When I recently travelled to the area to clear out the unit, the facility was in great shape and all my items were safe and sound. The manager (Karyn) was also very helpful and made sure I had all my ducks in a row for an easy move. I would definitely recommend!

Bought a storage unit from auction a few weeks ago. The women I had the pleasure of talking to were above and beyond helpful. Very patient, kind, and helpful. I had forgotten my key at home to lock my unit and she very kindly allowed me to borrow one so I didn't have to go home and get one. They were great with my kids also. I believe their names were Tracy and Pam. I might actually go back just to make sure I got their names correct. I will continue to do business with them through storage treasure.

i had to rent a unit for 2 years. Very clean place and management very nice. Never had a problem with anything. If I ever need a storage unit again, I would come back to this place. This facility is a great place to store your extra belongings. The Manager, Pam, is very concientious about the safety, security and cleanliness of the entire place. I even saw her up in the roof making sure there were no issues of leaking. We use the facility to house our items for our ministry and feel very safe being there at all hours. Plenty of lights for after dark. Thanks Pam for all you do!

We moved to Florida 5 years ago. Our first storage units were at Extra Space Storage. They advertise first month free, but the last unit we rented did not qualify. Why ???? Then they raise the rent only after 2-3 months. Always raising the rate. We finally moved down to Hide-Away Storage on Cortez Rd in Bradenton. We started rented this January 2019 and moved out things out yesterday. They never raised the rent on us and were far cheaper than Extra Space Storage on Cortez. Tammy was more than pleasant and helpful. Always treated with respect at Hide-Away Storage. Please check their price before going somewhere else. You will not be disappointed.

Could not have been an easier experience. Needed to leave dorm room stuff (mattress pads, refrigerator etc.) for the summer. Quick sign on in the office, easy payment plan, reasonable pricing thanks to IMG. Locker was spotless, air conditioned facility, dry, lots of carts for transporting from the car to locker, friendly representative who was really helpful. Would absolutely recommend.

The ladies at the Hide-Away facility on Cortez Rd (near 34th St W in Bradenton, FL) were so amazingly helpful, kind and friendly. They became like friends and were able to assist me with my move-out. TOLD THEM WHAT SIZE I THOUGHT I NEEDED AND THEY ASKED ME QUESTIONS OF ALL THAT I WAS GOING TO STORE. THEY TOLD ME, I DIDN'T NEED THAT BIG OF A UNIT AND SHOWED ME THE SIZE THEY SUGGESTED. Although I had not planned on storing my things when moving to Florida, I found out on arrival that I had no place to stay and had to store them so I could return the truck. Hide-Away was wonderful. The staff was so friendly and the cost was reasonable. It made the best of a very difficult situation. I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing storage. In fact we were offered a way to decrease our rental fees! My daughter finally fooled around long enough during the last couple of months that she couldn't pay the balance due and we had to formally abandon the unit. When I found out that she hadn't gotten all of my granddaughters' birth papers, medical reports, etc., out of the unit, I contacted Rob who didn't hesitate to let me come to the facility to get them out. I used this facility for about a year and found them very helpful and customer oriented. I made all the arrangements from out of state and Jim Adkins, the facility manager, was always helpful when I had to make arrangements remotely for others to come by the storage unit. He would let them in, lock the unit back up for me afterwards and report back promptly. This is a very well run facility.

Rented a locker for 8 months. The entire facility is extremely clean, very secure, and easily accessible. The staff is very professional. This place is great. Jim is so kind when I forget my pass-code or have to change my payment method. It is always spotless and I recommend this place to everyone.

Definitely recommend Hide-Away Storage to everyone! Professional, courteous and very helpful. The entire facility is immaculate. Jim was great - he went above and beyond helping me figure out what I needed, providing a dolly to move my boxes, AND he saved me money I wasn't expecting!

We kept a significant amount of household goods at this location for about 18 months while we found and purchased a home. The goods came out of storage in the same condition as the day they were delivered (barring a little dust). We never had problems with leaks or security. Most importantly the management team and staff are friendly, helpful and totally professional - not something you encounter at all storage facilities. Our experience confirms that you can be totally confident when you store your belongings at this location.

The service at this self storage is excellent with no hassles, with a nearly free truck rental (you pay mileage) for newly rented units. Note that the truck does not have a ramp. They are prompt with reimbursements at the end of the rental period. Highly recommended!

I rented a unit from Hide-Away for 2 years solid. Never missed a payment, and if I was a few days late, and paid in person, they typically (not always) waived my fee. Very friendly staff, and the units were always clean and well maintained. Any questions were answered right away, and the 24hr payment kiosk, as well as online bill pay, made paying the bill very easy.

What a great place for storage! It was great to be able to use one of their pods. This made it very easy to move. They picked up my pod and delivered it when I was ready for my move. This saved me the hassle of having to rent a truck. They also had a truck to rent if I had needed it. Great staff, they were very helpful. Great warehouse manager!

Debbie was wonderful. She took us around and showed us the various sized units and helped us decide which size we needed. The unit is very clean and we love having access 24/7 since most of our moving has been on Sunday. The Hide Away moving guys were great. They had most of the stuff out of our condo and were finished putting it in the storage unit in about 2 hours. We are very happy we found this place.

I chose Hide-Away Storage for my first storage experience and am so thankful that I did. From the moment I walked in looking for a unit to the day I packed up the last of my items, the employees were amazing and SO helpful. Jim even helped me pack my car!! I've had at least two large units at Hide-Away on Cortez since July of 2011. I've filled and emptied units having as many as four at a time. We just moved stuff into what will currently be a third unit today. The paperwork and billing is always simple and correct. The staff is great to work with, and the facility is very pleasant. It is always clean, the access to the units is easy, and they always has rolling carts close by to help with moving stuff. I helped someone with their storage elsewhere and came away glad I was at Hide-Away. That person is now also at Hide-Away.

Very pleased with the service and employees at the Cortez Road location in Bradenton. I like the convenience offered by the 24/7 access and their monitoring system allows me to feel secure even on that rare occasion when I have to access the lock up after dark. Carolyn D.

I was floored by the help the experienced staff conveyed to me in getting the storage unit that I needed. The staff also bent over backwards in helping me accomplish the unenviable task of moving in my contents, and then moving out my contents from this storage facility.
