Hide-Away Storage Updated Operating Procedures in Response To COVID-19
All Hide-Away Storage offices are open, except for our Spring Hill location. We are practicing social distancing and following CDC guidelines for sanitation. We look forward to serving customers in person again with these precautions in place. For customers who have underlying medical conditions or might be at higher risk for severe illness from COVID-19, we can still serve you over the phone or via email communication for your saftey and protection.
For Spring Hill customers, our team is still working and available to assist customers. Please call and press option 3 to speak with our team members (during regular business hours) and let us know how we can help you.
Access to units at all Hide-Away Storage and Xpress Storage remains 24/7. (Xpress Storage in Bradenton Access Hours 6:00AM-10:00PM)
In conjunction with Governor Ron DeSantis' stay-at-home order, Hide-Away Storage is working to protect the community and our team members, while remaining available to serve our customers, as self-storage is considered an essential business. *
We have closed our offices to walk-in traffic, in an effort to minimize the risk of transmission of COVID-19. Our team is still working and available to assist customers over the phone and via email communication. We can complete a rental using an electronic signature process, so there’s no need to come into our offices. We can take payments over the phone or through our website.
