I had a great experience with Xpress Storage. I appreciate the fact that I could gain access to my storage container anytime of the day. When ever I had a question or needed some assistance with my storage or account the customer service team was beyond courteous. They were pleasant and always had a resolution to my issue. The faculty is always kept immaculate. The staff on hand were pleasant and very helpful to me.

Very clean, safe facilities. Used them for about three years and had no issues!

Easy to get a storage unit and easy to leave. Love the 24/ hr access. Field manager Brian was awesome and really helped when we had a difficult request. Only issue is that I got absolutely no confirmation that my unit/ contract has actually been cancelled/closed out. You guys have no problem sending me emails requesting feedback or demanding payment but why have I not received any communication saying the unit has been closed and given a zero balance receipt? That's a big let down as I need the paperwork proving that everything was settled and I left the unit in clean and good condition.

I love this place and the communication! The day that we move out one of the associate I think is Ramon his name help us with the lock. He was so amazing and helpful! Thank you!!!

We used this storage for about two months or so and I do recommend this this storage to everyone! One thing is I do wish bugs weren’t in the units but I mean I chose the climate unit so I’m not even mad lol. I do suggest finding an easier way to unlock and lock the unit doors because getting that lock in/out the hole was difficult because it looked like our latch was damaged and we had to but like three locks because the key kept breaking on us because it’s was cheap I suppose. Over all, payments were easy, good pricing, available wasn’t a hassle. Getting in and out the gate was a breeze, when we moved out the owners called us right away which I was grateful for cause it slipped my mind to cancel so I’m so grateful for that!!! 5/5!!! If I need another storage I’ll be coming back!!!

Easy to secure and then access the unit when needed.

Check in was hard to see the screen. I needed to buy a lock for an outdoor parking space for my RV, there is no place to put the lock! Other than that, I’m happy with the cleanliness and security! Steve B

Hello I’m Kamie my husband and I recently rented a storage space with Express. We went on a Saturday as we pulled up I was becoming disappointed that they were close. Which would have prolonged our move. We decided to go inside of their rental booth. I was absolutely amazed with their system of complete step by step process. The facility is very clean I’m not sure who created their process of renting. They are absolutely for their customers. We were able to complete our rental. The grounds are so well kept inside as well as outside. The unit itself was extremely clean. We are just thrilled to do business with express. I’m a nurse of 23 years. Very good assessment skills. They have our complete SEAL OF APPROVAL. God bless the owners and all future customers.

The units are decent size and convenient to where I live. The only concern I have is they raised the rent during the Covid 19 pandemic just as was laid off. Requested a concession until I was re-employed but my request was not accommodated.

I just leased a 10x20 storage unit. It is very clean and spacious for my storage needs. Cris the manager was very helpful in getting me set up and moved in. I like the fact that there is 24 hr. access and video surveillance on site. I recommend this storage facility for your needs.

Used the Facility for almost 2 years. Enjoyed the location on US Hwy 301 north of Big Bend Road in Riverview. Easy access onto the property and into my unit. I would certainly use Xpress Storage again should O have need for it.

Fast, Easy and great price for this facility. Also the 24 hr access without an attendant was the feature I needed most since I could only get to the location outside of workday hours which was pretty late sometimes

It's okay a little High in prices

It’s early, just rented a storage unit this past weekend. With that said - the ease to set up an account, the multiple options on sizes of units available, the cleanliness of the entire facility, and being able to access my stuff 24/7 - made this an easy choice. But aside from all that, I have to say what separates this storage place from the others I inquired about is the customer service. Cris, the storage manager at my location, couldn’t have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend at this point.

Awesome idea. This storage facility is self service. You never see a live person when purchasing storage space here. I'm just wondering if it's difficult to contact someone if you have a problem, such as a break in.

I used this facility for 10 months, all the equipment worked correctly and the property is clean. The facility is accessible 24/7 is under video surveillance and uses cylinder locks which are more secure, I thought this facility was as safe. I had no billing errors and the manager and staff responded quickly by e-mail or phone whenever contacted.

I utilized a mid-size unit at Xpress Storage in Riverview, FL for nearly 5 months and my experience was painless. The storage facility has 24/7 access via a personalized gate code, then you unlock your unit using lock and key purchased at the time of the rental. The facility is quiet, clean and there are cameras everywhere + white led lighting for good visibility. I stored 2 motorcycles + my tools, garage shelves, race car parts, etc etc. With keen organization, it is easy to make use of their space. My only complaints were some random bites that were taken out of one of my motorcyles seat which was cause for a pest spray down in my unit. Secondly, when I rented the unit, it was done over the phone with the property manager. She mispelled my name which often happens, but told me that renters were able to change credentials and such through the online login. Unfortunately you are not able to change the name, and being that it is rare for someone to pickup when you do call (they always call back), it isn't a convienience to change. During every entry, it always said the wrong name which was inconsequential, but irritating.

Great customer service and self service storage place. I made a reservation to rent a 5 x 10 room; and receive 3 phone calls asking me if I was going to use it or not. The representative Ellen was very friendly & professional and she even offered me 50% off discount to accommodate my needs. I will definitely use them again.

I will always rent with this guys they have 24/7 access and it helps real good the staff are great with me even there was a time I was late with paying one of the best storage I used thank so much

Only thing I dont like about Xpress storage is the fact that every time you rent a unit, regardless if you have rented in the past and have a previous lock purchased from them, they require you to buy a new lock every time you rent. That's bogus!!! that's $10 additional every time, doesnt matter if you already have your lock that you have already purchased from them.

Very simple but steam lined system for the renting, payment and purchasing of locks. Great because it keeps the cost down.

Prices were a bit high

I just began renting yesterday and I love it already! The grounds are clean and well lite and I can appreciate that being that I am a single mom who does most of her moving at night! :)

Reserved a unit on line and yesterday we went through the kiosk procedure and confirmed our rental and payment, as well as securing a lock for the unit. Was very impressed with the cleanliness of the building and the unit. Not sure yet how long we will need the unit, but it is comforting to know that our contents are locked away in a climate controlled environment because it was really hot outside. Looking forward to working with Xpress Storage as our moving journey continues. As part of our moving experience, we just unloaded our unit a little before our 2nd month was up and have received a refund for the unused days. How many other storage facilities would do that? We were so pleased with the service received during our storage time. If we ever have need for a storage unit, we would definitely use Xpress Storage!

Xpress is a very good company. I rented with them from April 2016 - Sept 2016 I couldn't have rented with a better Company. I would recommend them. Very clean and secured. Rick the ground keeper is very helpful and friendly. I'm sorry I've to leave.

Xpress Storage was extremely clean and the reservation process for a unit was quick and simple! I never had any issues with management, pests, or bugs while there. Moving out was made especially simple, all I did was let the manager know and they quickly prorated my last payment and had a confirmation email sent to me! I would highly recommend!
