He called me when he had the contract and truck prepared. Great job. Jim went way above and beyond. I was behind off loading my UHaul truck. He stepped in to help move my belongings from the truck to the storage. He stayed an extra half hour to finish with the truck in time. A very fine gentleman and I am very grateful!

⭐⭐⭐.7 (3.7 Stars) An older self storage facility. Definitely are not climate controlled as you can see, but if you need a quick place to store something for a good price this is the place. Just note: I'm not saying its not a secure place to store your. Just saying is not modern that contains all the storage units in one giant building, is all.

Mac was so kind and professional with how he conducts business for Hide-Away Storage. When looking to make a big move as we are, it was important to us that we rent in one place. Mac made sure we could do that. What is amazing to mention about Mac is that he goes above and beyond with customer service. It is the little things that matter to us, and kindness is nice to be on the receiving end of when you have to conduct business. As you know, it is rare to find employees that care and are vested in what they do. Mac is one of those employees and I hope you value him and the business he conducts for you. I hire people all the time and would be proud to find one as valuable to us as much as Mac must be to Hide-Away Storage.

The place was very clean and the AC in the unit is a good temperature. The staff was very helpful and even willing to stay open late to accommodate my work hours in order to obtain the unit.

We researched all storage facilities in Punta Gorda and even visited two of them. We settled on Hide-Away Storage and could not have been happier. They did everything they said they would do. Unit was exactly as expected. They made check in and out as easy as possible. We stored and car and 2 bikes for a couple of months until we closed on our house. I would use them again for sure.
