As a contractor in the power and oil industries that travels U.S. wide as well as offshore for work, my schedule is chaotic at best, hard to get ahold of and all that, I have always appreciated the security and well maintained facilities here for my belongings, but I appreciate the most is the customer service I ALWAYS receive from Tracy and her staff. Hide Away Storage Palmetto is an Awesome place to store your items. I love the fact that I could go to my A79 unit anytime & feel safe because of the lighting & cleanliness of the property. I had an opportunity to meet the property manager. She was very helpful & pleasant. I loved that fact that she shared information on all of the units & even made a suggestion on which unit I needed. I tell all my family & friends about Hideaway & I Highly Recommend it to everyone that wants an affordable, clean & secure storage.

The cleanliness of the units and grounds, friendliness and professionalism of staff made this a totally smooth and painless sign up process. I can honestly say of all the storage places in all the states I've used this one is the best! 5 Star all the way.

Storage door have now been fixed I am pleased with my belongings being here in the storage thank you so much guys for getting to it I've had the storage for more than 9 months the whole time I've had the storage I've had a problem with the storage door my storage has been left open and wish the storage store was supposed to be repaired rats gotten into my storage when I was there last and of November Dead rat at the entrance of my door there was no lock on my door my lock was left with management in which to fix the storage door again the whole time I've had the storage I've had a problem with the door I inform management that the end of the year will be my last month in they storage unit the end of November I picked up some things from my storage I had to wash everything because everything was mildew I've paid each month on time every month even this last month that it's going to be there December and I really don't believe that I got professional service I expected better because they say it was going to be fixed but it never really were

Probably the cleanest facility I've ever used and I have rented units in several states for over 40 years. The reception area was spotless and check in was a breeze. They also offered a military discount. FIve Stars from us.

Tracey could not have been more pleasant to work with. She made the process easy. I was storing a car out side and putting a cover on it for the first time. She took me to the spot and waited while I put the cover on and gave me a golf cart ride back to the parking lot. She is a real credit to this owner.

Had a storage unit for 6 months. Everyone was super friendly in office. Never had any issues until I had to move out of the storage unit. There were many bees living inside my unit which made it very frustrating to deal with. Which my mother is highly allergic to. Wish there was something more the Storage unit would have done to help correct the problem. Instead I had to take time to go bomb my unit right before I moved, Which added much more stress to the problem. Other then that I highly Recommend Hide-away storage! Thanks for everything!

All access 24hrs. convenient location. However, I don't agree with their policy to sell you their specific locks, which you will never have use for again, and don't buy it back when you move out.

I needed to store a few excess items and chose Hide-Away. The Palmetto facility is exceptional, the customer service from start to finish was second to none. My items were secure and protected. They conducted periodic pest control maintenance, which I loved. I previously stored items at Cubes Smart and lost everything due to a rat infestation. Therefore, I was particularly impressed and grateful Hide-Away takes pest control so seriously. I recommend them for any of your storage needs.

I am thrilled with Hide-Away Storage in Palmetto! The level of customer service is top-notch, the facility is clean, affordable, and convenient. I have used storage facilities in other states, and Hide-Away Palmetto is the best, by far. Eugene, the manager, is so helpful and accommodating and really wants to make sure that we are happy. Great customer service!

The units are expensive for non air conditioned but with that being said, I had items in storage for three years and nothing ever spoiled or got wet. The team are very accommodating and friendly. Pay on time and you will be fine. Expect increased charges if your late but they are a business after all.

Awesome facility and customer service! Eugene was a Top Notch guy to deal with! Golf carted me to the unit to make sure it was to my liking and went over EVERYTHING I'd need to know in great detail. I found the unit perfectly clean and even got 2 months at half price! I Highly reccomend this place!

Needed a small storage locker for a few months. They had just what I needed. It was clean, easy access and fairly priced.

Great storage

Showed up with a U-Haul truck at 9am Saturday. They were open, had a unit that met our needs, good price, very pleasant staff, and an efficient process. Facility is clean, has what you would expect. Subsequent visit went great as well.

So I had a good experience hear he showed me a few different units with no pressure and when Asking him to go back to a unit he just got done showing me he was happy to oblige.This is a good clean and affordable place to store your things!!!

These guys are awesome. Great location, kinda a pain to get in and out during rush hour, but they have 24 hour access and have a great security system and a very efficient and friendly staff. They have regular pest control. Hands down one of the best places to have a storage unit. Thanl you guys so much!

Have been a customer for over 2 years. So happy with the facility. I just vacated my unit and received a notice of credit within a half an hour. Great service, great people. I would highly recommend.
