I’ve been a customer at Hideaway Storage for many years now and I have stayed with them because the great customer service. The new manager Kezia is so awesome. She always has a positive vibe and is so caring and helpful. She gets things done so efficiently and prompt. She lights up a room with her smile and charming disposition . Also, Al is always quick to resolve maintenance issues and works his butt off everyday and keeps a great attitude at the same time. He and Kezia both are the dynamic duo in my book. I couldn’t be any happier with Hide away storage.

These people could not be friendlier, more professional, or more helpful. We were using another storage facility, on Manatee - there were never any carts (found out they had just one for the entire place, all 100+ units!), and though the people in front were nice enough, it was also kind of dark and dingy. We had to buy our own hand truck just to use it! What an incredible difference when we moved to this location. We picked a unit in the back (the front is the 2 story building, there's a 1 story right behind it.) There are ALWAYS carts of all sorts, everything works, lights come on as you walk, units are super clean, 24-hour surveillance, and the people at the front desk couldn't be nicer. Highly recommend the 32nd Street facility. * Update four years later: I was a little nervous when they changed managers, and annoyed when the price kept going up and up and up - but have to say, you couldn't ask for better service than Bekki and Al give. Above and beyond is what I'd say. Very grateful for these folks!!!

The facility is clean, well lit and kept in excellent shape. Becky in the office leans over backwards to help customers, new and longterm like us. And Al goes above and beyond helping customers with any move-in issues. Both are always cheerful, professional and ready to assist. I've tried other storage facilities in the area and this is the only one I will use, (and have used for the past 4 years).

I called the 800 number and worked out all the details over the phone, then went to my local Bradenton, FL Hide-Away and found a very congenial person who registered me and showed me the storage unit I needed. It was so easy when I thought I would have to drive around visiting many places. The next day I appeared with my "stuff" and she had found a different storage unit closer to the door. Then we found that a military connection would save us some money, we were very pleased. Thanks to the administrator and the very helpful office person.

Access to my storage locker was so easy & convenient. Canceling my rental was also easy (at least I think it was… so far no extra charges)

Clean, affordable storage! I had a larger unit for about 4 years or so and never had any issues. The property is always clean and the staff is friendly. I felt comfortable enough to keep my Harleys there. Pam the site manager always had a smile on her face and always greeted us by name when we came to the unit. I got slayed off from the Covid epidemic and ended up relocating out of town, but when my job is available again i will be back! Thanks Team Hide-Away for years of great service!

I needed a storage unit to empty out my 2 car garage while it was being renewed. The staff was very helpful, a tour of the facility and various unit sizes. It was recommended by the manager that a 10x10 would do nicely. I ended up using the storage for over a year while my house was now for sale and it showed very well with newly decorated garage. Great storage! This was my first time using a storage and I needed a place to store my show car from Hurricane Irma. I was able to get a unit last minute for a great rate. I originally had called and was told only a larger​ unit was available, but the manager called me back and said he had a smaller size cheaper to meet my needs at the other location. The manager, Pam, at the new location was friendly, informative and made everything quick and easy for me. I ended up only leaving my car in storage for less than a week and received a complete refund on the spot for the rest of the days I didn't use! The rent was $159 plus tax and lock and I received $130 back! How great was that for peace of mind that my Mustang was safe? I will definitely let the West Central Mustang Club know about Hide Away Storage along with my family and coworkers and utilize Hide Away in the future for any up coming storms and/ or moving needs since they also offer pods, too! Thanks, Pam! Way to go!!

Great place to store your stuff, wonderful staff too

I've came to this Hide-Away Storage for about 2 years now and they're always so nice. When we first came to them they were very welcoming and it was so easy to get my locker. The lockers in general are pretty nice and they stay true to their descriptions. The price I payed for the lockers I've bought are pretty reasonable and they've been able to fit my stuff pretty securely. I really enjoy that they're a faith based company as well!

Great company, facility and most importantly, people! I was in town for a wedding and towed our motorcycles down from Ohio. When I got there, I found out I couldn't keep the trailer at the condo and would have to store it somewhere. Every other facility wanted to charge me a full months rent for the one week I'd be using it. Thankfully I got in touch with Pam at Hide-Away and found out I could pay for a month but be reimbursed for the time I didn't use. It's nice to come across a company that still does things the right way, yet still makes a profit. Without a doubt, I'd use these guys again! Keep up the great work!

I have used Hideaway Storage in Bradenton, FL for well over 3 yrs. My storage was a 10' x 20' area and this was not climate controlled...I was away from it for many months over that time and never once worried about damage to anything...I had large oil paintings and even afghans and clothing packed in boxes...it was as if time stood still...everything was in excellent condition, and I will always go to Hideaway Storage if I ever need a place to store again The personnel are wonderful people, and I will miss their honesty and wonderful kindness. We brought a small trailer to Florida when we were on vacation and couldn't park it at the condo due to parking restrictions so we looked up storage facilities and found Hide Away. They were so helpful and prorated the fee so we paid only for the actual time in the unit. This was the first time I had ever used a storage unit and was expecting to pay for a full month. I would certainly trust them to keep my stuff safe.

We have been customers of Hide Away Storage for a long time. We have an outdoor warehouse unit and a climate controlled indoor unit. The maintenance staff keeps it very clean both inside and out. The staff is friendly and helpful.The prices are very fair. It has been a pleasure doing business with them and as much as they appreciate our business we appreciate their excellent service. If you are looking for a good storage facility you can't do any better than this.

My storage rental was problem free and good value. The staff were extremely efficient and solved a simple problem in 5 minutes for me. When I first arrived on a Sunday, the "robot" failed to discharge my lock and keys. I called the posted number and she showed up in a couple of minutes; problem solved. The unit was spotless when I arrived, seemed even to have been just painted. Highly recommended.

Storage and staff are amazing but trying to pay online is impossible to set up. I incurred a late fee and would suggest you either get rid of it or fix the issue.

Highly recommend. Staff is extremely nice. We just moved here from out of state and realized we would not have enough storage for everything late in the day. We showed up 1/2 hr before the office was closing but did not feel rushed at all. Filling out paperwork took only 15 minutes. The facility looks immaculate and so far we are very happy with our decision. Paid for 12 months in advance and received the 13th month free.

I have had a unit here for many, many years. It is always clean. The people in the office are cheerful and helpful. I would recommend it to anyone in need of additional storage. I've even been there after hours and it is still easy to access. It was very well lighted. A great storage facility.

I just closed my storage unit (retired my business) after 6 terrific years using this facility. All the staff was friendly and helpful, whenever I had a question or needed help with something. Open 24 hours, I sometimes came by well after dark to load/unload supplies. It was always well-lit, and the gate was always working; so, I always felt safe. The absolute BEST experience renting a storage unit ever. Pam is the kindest and best customer service representative I've had the pleasure of dealing with. I should know, I am a customer service manager at a major Las Vegas Casino. I had stored some sentimental items at the unit while I moved across country, any questions and concerns I had, Pam took care of with easy and you can actually "hear" her smile while on the phone. I recommend this location as well as the company overall.

We just recently relocated to Bradenton from Indiana and were looking for a storage facility to use until we were able to get our own place. I had read the reviews for this location and decided to go with it. I am so glad I did! Pam is just the best!! She is so nice and helpful. I even went by one day to ask her for directions somewhere and she knew exactly where it was AND took me there! Could not have asked for a better experience during all of the chaos of an 1100 mile relocation. :D

I have had occasion to use Hide-Away Storage twice this year. The location is spotless, secure, and the manager was always available to answer my questions. I would recommend Hide-Away to anyone needing a secure storage space.

I was so impressed with Pam at Hide-Away Storage. It was a difficult circumstance for me to clear out my mum's storage unit after she passed away and Pam made it as positive an experience as possible. She was brilliant on the phone when I had to take over the account and wonderful in person when I was finally able to make the trip to Florida from Seattle to take care of the unit. I came to Hide-Away with a special need, a time constraint, and a small problem and the wonderful staff at Hide-Away helped resolve this problem. The first time I used Hide-Away Storage I filled two mobile units at the house I was selling, then had them delivered to my new home, where I leisurely unpacked. Having a secure container OUTSIDE and only a few steps away, allowed me to organize things at my convenience. I also saved time by not having to pack/move/unpack into a storage facility. A few months ago I needed temporary storage for items when I was downsizing. One mobile unit, sitting at the end of my driveway, fit the bill. Originally I considered renting a POD, but I discovered that they are 8 feet wide (plus you need another 4 foot clearance for the unit that moves them off the truck). My little driveway is just 8 feet wide and surrounded by stockade fencing. The Hide-Away units are 5 feet wide and are gently moved to exactly where you'd like them with a fork lift. The staff, beginning with Pam in the office and the guys on the truck, were all lovely to work with. All in all, a potentially exhausting situation (packing, moving, unpacking) turned out to be a lot easier due to their attitude, professionalism and driving talent.. I've recommended Hide-Away Storage to many friends.

The staff was very helpful and courteous and gave me the information I needed to make a decision. This is the first time using Hide-Away but have always heard they were top notch. It's great to have a company in the area you can trust and it always start at the top of the organization.

The staff was always nice and helpful. The building and lot was always kept very clean. I rented the truck once it was clean and the assistant checked everything before I left.

It was a pleasure working with Hide-Away Storage and it was reassuring knowing that the contents of my storage unit were in a climate controlled building. On the day I removed my storage items, I asked Pam if she could recommend anyone who would be able to move my items, that were in the storage unit in Bradenton, to my home in Wisconsin, She gave me a brochure from ABF U-Pack Moving. I called and set up a time to receive the Pod to be used for transporting my items from Bradenton to Wisconsin.
