Xpress storage was good. Price was good at first, but it went up a lot . For what I needed I am glad I chose XPress.

I felt my belongings were in a safe environment from theft as well as being in a temperate control space. I am extremely satisfied with the 8 months my belongings were in Xpress storage.

I was having issues signing my lease online. The manager called me back quickly and was really helpful. Great customer service. Location is perfect and easily assessable.

Very pleased with xpress storage. We had rented a smaller unit and realized we needed a larger unit so we called to let them know that we didn’t need the smaller one and asked if we would get a refund and they promptly refunded our money!!!! Granted it had only been for one day and we didn’t lose much but the property manager was so super nice. The unit was very clean and it surely help take away some of the stress. Will definitely use again if needed!!!!

I was a little concerned about renting a storage unit from a kiosk and not doing it face to face. I was wrong, it was clear, logical and easily done. What you had to do was explained clearly and I completed it in just a few minutes.The purchase and dispensing of the barrel lock was cool. I got my entry code during the process and was able to enter the complex immediately. My storage unit was clean and easy to find. The entire facility was well maintained and safe. Great experience.

Relocation etc. to FL required a secure storage facility for a few months. XPress storage facility in Parrish was a bit pricier, but, it was truly a: get what you pay for. Air conditioned, cleanliness, location, 24 hr access, and security, outweighed the cost. Most definitely would recommend if you have those checkoff storage needs.

This storage has a convenient location. I found it easy to use the kiosk. Also easy to find the proper building. The air conditioning unit is very comfortable.

Securing a storage shed is simple and easy at the automated kiosk. It’s private and extremely user friendly. This facility is conveniently located and easy to access 24 hours per day. This was my third experience with Express Storage, they have always met my needs.

First time user. Was very easy to rent with on site help and phone contact.very clean.rented two 10x10 units.one with air conditioning..for three months. When we returned for our things all was the same as we left them. We recently moved my mother down from Texas to Florida and I chose a climate-controlled 10 X 20 and a non-climate controlled 10 X 20. The storage facility is top-notch, very clean and can easily facilitate a 26 foot rental truck from entry to exit. The self-serve kiosk is great and very intuitive. If you purchase a lock, don't forget to "PUSH" the retrieval door under the keyboard and take your lock(s), which upon vending, are pre-opened making it super easy to access your lock and keys. The only thing that could be improved is the fact that I had called and left TWO voice messages for Megan (I believe is her name) and I never received a return phone call. I had a couple of pretty important questions about move-in but ended up finding the answer on my own. I just believe the professional thing to do is that if you are going to give people the opportunity to leave a voice-message...those messages should be followed up on in a timely manner. Other than that one thing...I would definitely refer my friends to Xpress Storage...at least the one at 8709 Old Tampa Road in Parrish.

Needed storage due to a move and was able to get a unit at the last minute. Reasonable rate for storage and love that I could go there at any time that was convenient for me. Would use them again if I should need storage.

Registration for our unit was quick and easy. The whole facility is very clean.

This place is modern and well maintained. It is super clean and nicely landscaped. It is well lit and the grounds are secure. The self serve kiosk is handy, but the managers are extremely helpful if you have any problems. I met Joe on site, who performs maintenance duties. He was very friendly and helpful to me. I am happy that I chose this location.

Xpress Storage was quick to fix a reservation that could have gone wrong. I made my reservation about 3 weeks ago but it didn't show up at the location in Parrish, due to it being over 7 days. Xpress Storage is a class act facility! This is the third time I've rented space and wouldn't go anywhere else for my storage needs. Its location is perfect from where I reside, management has truly perfected the use of electronics to secure a unit - its one easy process, and the facility is simply immaculate. The bathrooms are as clean as any hotel I've ever stayed in. The pride the staff takes in managing and maintaining the grounds and buildings is both apparent and impressive. I have been a customer with Hide Away and Xpress Storage for almost 7 years. They are amazing!! All the locations I have used have always been clean and well maintained and the employees are all so nice. They honestly have the best customer service I have ever experienced. I had 2 units with them and when I was able to sell some of my larger items and condense down to one unit they were all so helpful and thanked me for working with them. Plus they are affordable and make everything so easy and run so smoothly. I highly recommend to anyone looking to store your things!

Love the place. Had two AC'd units. New, clean, two bathrooms on the property, well taken care of. The kiosk lets you rent space without having to be there during business hours or having to talk to anyone (you can if you want, checked out on a weekend and someone was there remotely). Modern day storage.

Property is clean, gates and codes work, and the a/c is actually cold! I should be using my unit for a few months at least and am happy to have found Xpress Storage. I'd definitely recommend them for anything you need to 'store'. They are also very responsive to emails and phone calls and other 'administrative' items that come up (changing units, copies of invoices, billing questions etc...)

Recent change in ownership brought about disappointing changes: - Elimination of trash cans - Halving the late fee grace period from 10 days to 5 - Shockingly high rent increases - Lack of maintenance (A/C in kiosk stopped working weeks ago and it's incredibly hot in there when trying to pay rent.) This used to be the best managed self-storage facility I've ever been a customer of (out of about 10 I've used in the past). Not so much any more.

i recently used Xpress storage for the second time. My earlier experience was with a different facility within their company. During the registration period, the time i used the facility and when i ultimately cancelled each time, the experience was extremely pleasant. Each time, the person that i was dealing with expressed the company philosophy of offering extreme customer service. Having been treated very pleasantly, and professionally and courteously by multiple people across multiple locations, I am confident that the philosophy is indeed a company culture. In addition, the facilities were clean , secure and well maintained. I would not hesitate to use them for all future needs.
