Had an issue with the billing, but Jax took care of the problem and was super helpful.

I just signed up for an indoor climate controlled unit near my home. Jax was very helpful and thorough in explaining how everything worked. He went through every step from the entry with a code to actually installing my locks and showing me how to operate them. Jax was very professional and made this an easy and pleasant experience!

VERY SMOOTH. Although I love people, I did not need to see a soul to identify, secure, and move-in to my unit the same day I reserved it. What a pleasure. Unit was clean and freshly painted.

The manager (Jax) is an absolute joy to work with. We have an oversized RV and he spotted me while I backed it in and he gave me a ride in the golf cart back to my car. Anytime he sees me, he takes the time to make sure all is well. The grounds are very clean and well kept. I recommend this storage facility to anyone with storage needs in the area. My wife called from Virginia to rent a storage room for an item that is 84" tall and she said she got confirmation that it will fit in a 10x20 room and we were all set- the price was great and we were happy. When we arrived, I immediately could see that the item was going to be too tall to fit in the rooms I was seeing, so we were a little worried because our item was arriving the next morning. We met with Dave, who measured the door on the room we were supposed to have and sure enough, it was about 80" and would not work. My wife was in a bit of a panic and I figured we would just have to find another facility, but Dave's wheels were turning and he found us a unit that was larger, with a larger opening that would easily fit our item. Dave called the manager and together, they worked out a price that was agreeable to all of us and again, we were all set. We told Dave we didn't need the unit cleaned out (the last occupant left some junk in it) because our item would fit with plenty of room, but after we left Dave cleaned out the entire thing and it looked great the next morning when we arrived. We are so happy the way things worked out and we so appreciate how hard Dave worked to make us happy and to get our stuff safely stored. Dave's manager was excellent too- as a matter of fact, everyone my wife spoke with at Hide-Away was super nice and very, very, helpful. What a great team! They take pride in helping people and they do it really, really, well. Thanks Dave and team, we certainly appreciate everything you did for us and we look forward to seeing you again soon.

Great company to wirk with in storing my items. Very customer friendly and provide great items for use in helping with your storage unit. Keep you updated on what is changing there and information for to does with your storage during hurricanes. Was a long time customer, loved my unit and it's location. Hated to have to move my stuff out and one roim in my home now become a storage unit. But, my job was eliminated and I had to cut corners on finances. I would and will return to using them when I can again.

Even though they were overall a great place to store my camper. I didn't like that every six months the raised my rates. I think any storage place that charges over $140 and more for a uncovered parking space is crazy. That's why I left and won't return.

Great experience. I've rented a parking spot for my trailer. Later a 10x10 which was always clean and dry. No odors or any bugs or mice. I recently needed a short term small locker and as before they are always friendly and helpful.

Hide-Away in Ellenton is a great storage facility for RV’s (and normal storage). They have both covered and open storage at very reasonable prices. Tracy took care of us and is awesome to work with!! Check ‘em out!!

Very clean and well maintained location. You have the Amenity of 24-hour access, one level storage, office space, boat and RV storage (covered). The customer care team was absolutely awesome.

Everything about the place is nice and convenient the reason for leaving is the constant increases in price of the unit. Over the course of the past three years the price had increased over $30 I believe.

The company in Ellenton FL is a fine well maintained storage facility. Easy to access any of the storage units within the facility. Hideaway employees are all top-notch....whenever I had a thought or issues. Great job.

I was traveling from out of state and had a storage building reserved for me, in the Ellenton office but I was running behind and panicking that they would close before I got there. I made a call to let them know and Tracy addressed all my issues and put me at ease that everything would work out. I even had to change the size of the unit and was losing my mind with worry. She took the time to make sure I was ok and told me most importantly to be careful. She would be there. I had movers coming at the same time and was trying to beat them there. That didn’t happen but again she made sure all was ok. Once I arrived she was waiting for me and had everything ready. We got everything done in no time and she just kept reassuring me the whole time. She went above and beyond what one would expect and I may have even made a new friend my first day in town. It could not have gone better than this. I would recommend anyone to this storage and can’t wait to see who I can send their way!!

We just rented a space for enclosed trailer. Price is good, facility is clean and well-protected. Tracey helped us and was great to assist with getting everything set up. There are on-site bathrooms and they even have a trailer you can use if you need to haul something quick. They have great “values and mission” statements reflected in their business practice with the public!

The units are very clean and there are plenty of carts to help move things from your vehicle to the unit. All the staff are very friendly. Living in FL as a business owner for 20+ years with no basements has afforded me countless experiences with storage facilities, their owners, their staff, the units themselves, the property and grounds and overall, their philosophy and foundation of their business. I could and should probably write a book on it...considering I've been storing full time now for 12 years and counting. I've had a few encounters with Hide-Away throughout the years. We stored our boat here for nearly two years and were extremely satisfied. Not only is the facility clean, safe and secure, but our spot was adequate, there was water for on-site boat cleaning, and it's literally directly across the road from a boat ramp. We couldn't have asked for more.

Made a cross-country move and needed immediate storage and access for 72' semi. Contacted early morning and worked with myself and movers in securing a solution immediately with exceptional service. Extremely pleased with the immediate response, and resolution. Remained in the facility for six months and everyone is very polite, courteous and helpful. This company far exceeded my expectations! During a recent move, we went with the mobile storage option from Hideaway to save us multiple trips to a storage unit. The units were delivered on time and picked up punctually (which in today's world, is a rarity!). Communication from the staff was wonderful and the man who delivered and picked up was very friendly. Every step of the process was a pleasure in dealing with Hideaway. Hopefully I will never have to move again, but if I do, I will definitely use them again!

Very clean and secure. I had my boat stored there outside and never had any problems.If I ever need storage again I will defiantly come back.
